Leadership Development Programmes

Executive & Leadership Coaching

We have extensive experience of working one-to-one with business leaders and provide support by meeting you where you are right now, seeking to understand you and your current issues in a rounded way. We may well challenge you as we aim to disrupt any unproductive and ‘stuck’ ways of being and doing that are affecting your leadership. To ensure ongoing high quality and ethical practice we have regular coaching supervision.

Team Effectiveness & Facilitation

We work with intact teams, and often multiple teams within your organisation, to remove perceived obstacles and create alignment by rapidly building trust and psychological safety within groups to facilitate dialogue and positive change. Our experience and understanding of team dynamics and group process allow us to quickly shift established patterns of operating and help create a fresh, more productive approach.
